Accountabilities
• Proposal of  results - oriented legal solutions to day to day business and commercial needs
• Conduct of internal audits to ensure  company’s compliance with local & international legislations
• Preparation of  standard contracts, agreements and internal policies
• Reviewing  & approving  product claims , in packaging & in marketing communication
• Safeguard company’s interests and smooth operation by enchasing adherence to international & local corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications
• University Law Degree
• LLM Degree would be considered an asset
• Practice with an established law firm / company lawyer background – one to three years relevant  commercial and corporate experience acquired after qualifying as a lawyer
• Perfect Knowledge of Greek and English (oral & written)
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Flexibility and Teamwork
